Workshops
Los días 11 y 12 de Mayo del presente se realizó un Taller en Colaboración entre las escuelas Liceo Dr Raúl Cuenca, Liceo Nacional Domitila Flores y el Liceo Bolivariano Santa Apolonia.
De dicho taller resultaron tres proyectos: Sistema de Segurida para escuelas alimentado por energía solar, Ruta Escolar Solar y Estación de Gasolina Solar.

After 3 years of toning down the SEED activities in Malaysia, we are proud to announce that we are now back with more exciting, energetic and fun SEED activities as to support our youth and to accomplish our SEED objectives.

This event was also used as an opportunity to felicitate the 2nd Runner up in the Global SEED Artwork Contest. Rajashree 
from the 1st Seed School in Nazira stood at the dais with pride while collecting a load of gifts, praises and applauses.

12 апреля 2012 года Новоуренгойское профессиональное училище гостеприимно распахнуло свои двери перед участниками семинара. Уже третий год подряд на базе училища проводится совместный научно-практический семинар SEED международной компании «Шлюмберже».
The collaborative workshop on May 28-31 followed the sequence of:

Collaborative Workshop between Gilberto Rodriguez Ochoa and Hermagora Chavez
These events met students and teachers from several schools. They were animated by a team of SEED staff members, Schlumberger volunteers, students and teachers from SEED schools. It is the first time that we have volunteer from PDVSA who is our important customer in our country.
The purpose of this workshop is looked some alternatives to protect the environment and the conservation of energy.
Last week, Algeria coordinator, Smail Djebrouni and volunteer Chouaib Guerrout visited Adrar Schools.
They started the workshop by presenting SEED Program (What is SEED), followed by Power Fruit energy workshop using SEEDKIT in Arabic language.
After that they did Buoyancy experimentation with students.
Other Events
Schlumberger Kemaman, plan to organize 2D1N SEED teambuilding activities in this coming 22&23 July.

SEED installed an exhibition of science facts at the Schlumberger Doll Research (SDR) campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA in 2010. We need professional-like photos of this exhibition for our records.
Are there any amateur photographers at SDR that would be willing to capture the exhibition on digital film for us?
We require the images by November 30th.
Pictures not to be taken until approval confirmed with SDR Facilities Management.
About the exhibition
A SEED School Robotics Workshop on the topic "Ecology of Water Resources" for students and teachers from 10 schools in Tyumen region will take place on 26 - 28 March 2012.
Teams from 10 schools of Tyumen region and two SEED schools of Tyumen city, Ssecondary Schools 25 and 65, will attend the event. Total number of participants:students 42, teachers 15, volunteers 7.
SEED ECUADOR Volunteers visited a School of disabled Children in Lago Agrio, Ecuador, a student with disabilities gave a motivational talk to Schlumberger employees, also the volunteers made recreational activities with the kids and share a great time with them. SEED Ecuador Volunteers created conscience about the importance of supporting disabled children.
A very nice message from our small contribution to the community of Santa Helena de Cusiva in Mani ( Casanare ). This is a boarding school for over 400 kids abandoned by their parents, most of them resulting from past years of violence in Colombia in the region.

On 4-8 June 2012, the World Gas Conference (WGC) was held for the first time in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where Schlumberger had a big exhibition booth for delegates and clients to visit.
