SEED water testing workshop

SEED once again held a remarkable workshop in the Philippines! 

A day full of fun and learning! 

As a teacher facilitator, I am overwhelmed with the cooperation, motivation, and participation of the students!

Moreover, the coordinators, facilitators, volunteers, and the speaker really worked hard!

I hope that more SEED workshops will be conducted here in the Philippines so that more and more Filipino students can appreciate science through practical activity!

" It's very important to test water because we use it in every day life."

These are the words of Mr. Simon Lim during the SEED water testing workshop held at Quirino High School, Philippines, on September 24.

He emphasized the reasons why we should test water and  the importance of knowing it. Also,  he performed some experiments and explained the phenomena behind it. And as he was explaining, we, the students, are really listening to him because we are so curious if our drinking water is safe.

Today, I attended the SEED Water Testing Workshop held by the Schlumberger coordinator and volunteers. I enjoyed having this workshop because of some experiments that we did. I'm glad to meet Sir Simon Lim again in this workshop. I thought that the experiment about water testing was hard, but I was wrong.

I learned a lot. Although Ma'am Corrine Damas did not come, the workshop was successful because the participants learned and enjoyed having the workshop.
