2010 - 1st SEED Scholar workshop - Cabimas - Mar 24

The 1st SEED Scholar workshop 2010 was held from March 24th to March 25th in the Hermágoras Chavez School in Cabimas, the other two schools involved in this activity were José Paz González from Los Puertos de Altagracia and Anselma Pulgar from Maracaibo. As a result we got two excellent projects:
1- A school that through solar panels get the energy that is going to use at night when the same school is opened for  the night classes
2.-A community that has a water treatment plant that has several steps, in which they clean the served water to used it again for watering yards and plants, washing cars etc; it uses the solar energy, as an alternative way for feeding the pumps they need.

The volunteers in tis workshops were Carmen Flores & Patricia Araujo.
