If knowledge is treasure, education is the map to attain it. My parents always emphasized education as a source of personal confidence, self-fulfillment, and social equality. I agree. They gave me the opportunity to pursue my interests, and although the road I took had many twists and turns, experience has proven their lesson.
I love learning, and that is why SEED has always had a special place in my heart. I want every child to have the opportunity to discover the world and to find out how they can participate in it. Education is fundamental to growth. Today, perhaps more than ever, one’s understanding of science and technology principles and applications are important components of learning and development.
In my own career, I have used my project management and writing skills to help people understand and adapt to change in the workplace. I have a particular knack for being able to simplify technical and business information into “plainspeak” that gives it personal context and meaning. My expertise brings me the satisfaction of being able to help people.
I’ve been involved with SEED since its earliest days and have observed and participated in its growth in a variety of ways over the years. It is truly an example of how an idea can take root and become a powerful influence.
