After 9 years inside Schlumberger Personnel Department, I have gathered knowledge, wisdom and lots of experiences that keep me growing on a daily basis.
As a self motivating person I do believe that hard work, perseverance, enthusiasm, dedication and willingness are the cornerstones of success in Schlumberger job environment and allow us to provide the best possible service to our customers, the employee's population. Although I graduated as a Process / Chemical Engineer (October 1993), my main interest has always being people, therefore, I focused my career towards our main asset:: our People, Development, Recruiting, effective Communication and Motivation and I can say it has been a road plenty of good lessons, goals achieved and satisfaction.
Now, as OFS Personnel Manager for Caracas, Development and Motivation are my main influence and interest zones, and there are many new plans in order to share our knowledge via different initiatives as SEED and Junior Achievement, in fact, it is one of our priorities to help children of our community to have access to the wonders of knowledge and progress through Internet connection, therefore, at VTT we are a new team and have plenty of energy to connect mid and low resources schools via SEED.
The XXI Century will have for sure plenty of changes and challenges!
