Puzzle Name:

A Gallon of Water

Description of Puzzle Solution:

Gallons, liters, and fluid ounces are measures of volume. But the label specified mass, which is measured in units of measurement of mass, not volume!

The mass of water in the bottle is 3.78 kilogram.

How the solution was found:

Mass can not be measured by the specific units of volume. It can only be measured by the specific units of mass.
Knowing the density of water (1000 kg/m3) we can calculate its mass. Mass of water is 3.78 kg.

How interesting and challenging the puzzle was:

Interesting, but not really complicated.

Advice for someone else working on the same puzzle:

To solve this puzzle you should be familiar with the unit.
