2012-2013 Artwork Competition Results!

Since 1998, students at SEED schools have been invited to express their artistic and creative talents in themes of science, nature, and diversity. Every year we receive amazing works of art that tell us how SEED students see the world.

Volunteers visit Flamingo School

Hello Seed Community!

I would like to thank all volunteers from Bolivia who participated in the school visit on April 11, 2012. We had been notified that both morning and afternoon shifts had changed their principals, and the volunteers coordinated a visit to welcome the new board.

Volcanoes

Hello Amigos,

Although we have volcanoes in Bolivia I believe there has never been an eruption since I remember...I do remember one time in Cochabamba, I think it was in November last year, that there was smoke and fire coming out from the land. Some people thought it was a sleeping volcano, but then geophysicists went there to study the land and they stated that it was only gases accumulating.  : ) It was a relief for everyone.

Here's a picture.
