Never make your home in a place. Make a home for yourself inside your own head. You'll find what you need to furnish it--memory, friends you can trust, love of learning, and other such things. That way it will go with you wherever you journey. (Tad Williams)
This is what I abide by as well and I enjoy being at my present home because I have all the ingredients in it to make it sweet and happy. My friends, food and the serenity of the place are the biggest treasures.

So true.. I am taking your advice. I think the place changes, but the people, feeling and memories travel with you everywhere.
so true... it all starts within us... other things are additions and influences on our feelings!
