A friend of mine recently spent a few days of vacation on the Jersey Shore.  She stayed in a particularly beautiful part of our country called Long Beach Island. Located about 25 miles north of Atlantic City, Long Beach Island is no more than 20 miles in length and a half mile wide (at its widest point), and includes a nature reserve located on the southern tip.  It is a small community for most of the year, but booms to about 100,000 seasonal residents and vacationers in the summer months.

I was recently put in an uncomfortable situation by a friend.  

And I am not happy with how I handled it.

           The Father is typically the most respected person in the family.  The father is called the family driver since he keeps the life of the family going by means of whatever livelihood he makes. The children usually follow most of the directions of their father.  They have to go to school sincerely and study well to obey their father's instruction in terms of education.

           Today, June 16, 2013, every father in the family is being honored especially in the church. 

       Happy birthday once more Dr. Levy Ramos!  This is our gift to you from QHS Family especially SEED Community.

Preparation is needed to perfect the aligned task of the hour.

The presentation went well last April 29 as delivered by Julito E. Velasco, Jr. and Iron Patrick Primor, both are juniors of Quirino High School, Quezon City, Philippines at American Museum of Natural History, New York City, USA.

Wow Mali TV program in the Philippines is one of my favorite TELEVISION shows.

I watch it deliberately to remove all my stresses and worries temporarily.  My students watch the show also.

May I share to you one part of the show.  

Eileen Caddy once said that "Set your sights high, the higher the better. Expect the most  wonderful things to happen, not in the future but right now. Realize that nothing is too good. Allow absolutely nothing to hamper you or hold you up in any way."

A very good reminder to everyone especially to the students to study better; to set their aims higher.
