2012 SEED Artwork Exhibition

What makes our planet special? 

Is it the millions of species that call the Earth home, from trees and flowers to bugs and birds; from germs and amoebas to animals and humans? Is it the Earth’s simple beauty, with colors contrasting between the oceans, deserts, ice caps, and grasslands, and swirling white clouds overhead? Or is it something else?

The SEED spirit has been celebrated since 1998 through an annual student artwork program that inspires youth at SEED schools to think creatively
and act responsibly about the environment. Students from this year’s program answered the question: What makes our planet special? Their answers are as inspiring as they are beautiful.
