SEED school workshop on topic “2011 – is a year of Russian astronautics” for students and teachers from 11 Tyumen schools and Tyumen region ( 120 participants) was taken place at SEED school # 25 from 28 September to 6 of October, 2011.

Candles and shadows

Hi, everyone!
The other day, I happened to observe a lighted candle that had a spotlight trained on it. When I looked at the shadow of the candle on the wall, it seemed to be the shadow of an unlit candle! The flame seemed to have no shadow at all! Here's a photo of what this looked like.
Reusing Your Printer Paper

I don’t know about you, but even with things like paperless billing I have a lot of 
extra paper around my office. For a while I have been tossing the paper in the recycling bin or running it through the printer again on the backsides, but then I had a great idea. I am always looking for scratch pads, to write phone messages, shopping lists, to-do lists, stuff like that. What if I could find a way to reuse that paper . . .
