Estamos en Diciembre el cual para muchos es un mes muy importante, para la mayoría de las personas Diciembre es regalos, compras, comida, vacaciones y tiempo para la familia y nos olvidamos quizás del verdadero significado de este mes, el compartir con los demás, el dar al otro.

Mi mensaje de navidad para ustedes es corto, muy corto pero muy significativo porque quiero compartirles este vídeo  que nos deja una enseñanza sumamente valiosa.

I live in a very temperate area. Our weather maintains a range between 60-70 degrees (F) nearly all year long.  It is also a very dry climate.  This makes it ideal for producing avocados. I've never been a big fan of avocados, despite my father's insistance that they are "the perfect fruit".  He claims they provide the best nutrients and the right kind of fats for healthy bodies.  I believe him, but I just don't like them. Recently I have started to appreciate guacamole - a Mexcian dip comprised of mashed up avocados, salsa, and other yummy bits.  Yet, the thrill for an actual avocado has eluded me.

Quirino High School celebrates its 55^th anniversary

                         I am Honey Grace V. Bautista, one of the SEED Students in the Philippines. I am 15 years old, and currently in the 4th year high school at Quirino High School. My hobby was to draw or portray things that are in my imagination. I was highly interested in arts, music, history, Asian culture, and in science.

PlanetSEED is a large Web site. We have thousands of pages of science articles, labs, experiments, journals, and more, and all of it is available in seven languages (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish).  The majority of our articles were written by the amazing science experts from Schlumberger.  And every time I think I have read each article and  experimented with each lab, I find another one hidden away that I had not seen before.

Hi again everyone. On the second day of the workshop, we had  to make our own Solar Water Heater. It was great since it was the debut of the Solar Water Heater. We got our info from Abg Hafiz Azizi Ahmad, our facilitator on the Solar Water Heater challenge. 

In this challenge, we got the odd number's group, so we became group 8 that do the second task .

Math puzzles need a brilliant mind and expertise in fast answering .....so I have tried it, and it was very challanging for me. .......When I saw the question......ooh, that very difficult question....I was so sad......But working with the group I succeeded in  getting some answers.
